Well… Denise is partially correct. She was late. Over 15 minutes late. She didn’t bother to call before she was late. She didn’t call when she was late. But she did call when she was 15 minutes late. I was close to home but I did in fact turn around to open the door for her. I thought everything was fine until I told her we had multiple applications over asking price. That’s when things got weird. She proceeded to tell me she would never live in this area because she lives in Manhattan beach and it’s a far better area, etc. She was clearly unhappy because she drove a distance to see a home that was suddenly out of her comfortable price range. It’s unfortunate that she chose to attempt to public shame to vent her frustrations. After 20 years in Real Estate and 100’s of satisfied clients I have a list of references that would also disagree with her statements. I hope Denise finds what she’s looking for. As always I’ll go out of my way to get you into a house… even if you’re late :-)
