We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in KSResponsivenessPriceWork qualityPunctualityPSA MILITARY FAMILIES: Contacted Debra about her 3 bed/1 bath on Miami. I questioned the rent being $1300/month. The surrounding comps are listed at $1200 with 2 bathrooms and parking. This house has neither. Ms. Alexandra Irwin , let me say I am so sorry if you did not understand the conversation we had concerning my property. You wanted me to discount the rent $100/month according to comps you say were in the surrounding areas. There were no other comparable properties in the area according to Zillow. I know and I searched. I will say it again, as I did when I said goodbye to you on the phone “I am sorry you are not satisfied with my property, have a nice day”.
