Hi, I know this was a long and painful process and I am sorry for that. I tried to explain upfront that assumptions were a nightmare. I shared all information that I had the moment I got it and waived more than half my commission so this deal would go through for you guys and you wouldn't have to keep paying double payments every month. When there is an assumption there are some things that the bank will not talk to a third party about hence you having to make extra phone calls. I would have gladly done them for you if I could. I am sorry you felt you couldn't talk this out with me in person. The bank's last minute communication left us all in a bind. I still wish you guys the best on your journeys and hope you never have to experience such an arduous closing process again.
