    Would never rent to this tenant again. His group caused a fire in the house by smoking pot and throwing the butt in a bedroom garbage can that ignited after they all went out. Luck my sprinkler system put the fire out with nobody home. House would have been destroyed. Also backed a car into the house causing significant damage. Also, unplugged a refrigerator over the summer while it was full of food in the freezer. The refrigerator needed to be replaced. Constant partying for the entire lease. I should have evicted them.
