Thank so much F&E. It was also a pleasure working with you in making a deal possible in this particular property. It had been vacant for two years, and aside from being an eye soar, it was of great concern for the neighbors who feared of a possible fire, common in the area, that could destroy every single unit in the row. By selling it, I knew I was not only helping this new investing company achieve its goals, but also helping the neighborhood in its revitalization.
