Hello,

My name is Eddie Sides.  I have been with Community Service Programs since July 2007.  CSP has been a leader in providing safe affordable housing in West Central Alabama since 1990.  CSP currently has rental and home ownership opportunities available for families with low to moderate income.  CSP is not a housing subsidy provider.  However, we gladly accept Housing Choice vouchers from qualified applicants.

    Mr. Sides is a great person to work with. The building is keep very well and any issues are dealt with in a timely many. the building manager and superintend are very nice and take the time to talk to you. Highly recommended!!!@
