Back in 2011 Mr. Jones did contact me I asked him for a retainer fee. He also asked me to do market studies for value and to assist him with the financing to make the transaction. A normal real estate transaction does require some but not all of the intricate work to achieve the goal that Mr. Jones requested so for our time. I let him know that we required some payment upfront and that it could be refunded once the purchase transpired. We made several attempts to get these forms signed and called and In fact 16.5 hours with calls made some to reach him as well as So in effect we at the rate of $20.00 per hour worked to achieve the goal requested. The great thing is that though we have the file in the inactive status we can still fulfill the request made by Mr. Jones and will happily do so even after trying for a year to work with him as well as it being 6 years later from the start of our agreement. We will help him at no additional charge to him if he would like to purchase.

I surmised that these folks needed help. I love to help those that need and appreciate the service that we provide. We complimented each other and we even got them a little more than they expected as they were reasonable people. They had the home in immaculate condition replaced the carpet and painted and put hardwood at the entrance. When the property was inspected by the buyers inspector there was little to do but even so in 2 days they had that done as well. They kept the lawn up even though the home was vacant. I look forward to more clients like this and we will do all that we can to help.
