There were not multiple confirmations that they would be getting a pro-rated amount back. We didn't even know that they were out of the house until after the fact. They paid the full amount at the beginning of the month because they did not know when they would be out. Those funds were paid to the property owner. After they moved out and we refunded their deposits, I reached out to the owner to see if he would be willing to return any of their rent. After multiple attempts, I never got a response from the owner. I told the tenants this.

This information is completely inaccurate. This owner didn't like the prices he was charged from one of our contractors despite the fact that he approved the work to be done. He then decided to take it out on me and our company. He has gone to the BBB, the DOL, and any other avenue he can to try and get money that is not rightfully his. None of these avenues have worked for him, so now he has resorted to posting bad reviews about our company.

This is completely inaccurate. We were never asked to hire a landscaper. The arbor vita got a disease which was of no fault of the tenant or our company. We did not return deposits to the renters. Because the owner terminated the management agreement mid- term, we forwarded the deposits to the new property manager as requested. If carpets and paint were destroyed, those were done after we managed the property, which should have been handled by the newly hired manager.
