Hi Scott, I am very sorry to hear you are upset with my service. As you mentioned, you were looking all over the state and I assembled a team of 8 agents. The reason for the buyer's agency contract was so that we were all equally compensated. You will recall that based on our conversations, you were not interested in my area and you didn't like any of the homes I sent you, nor did you like the ones you picked out. Also, we did discuss that if you wanted to work with other agents outside the team to have them call me and I would explain the situation with them and arrange payment. Anyway, that agreement has been expired for over 3 months and I haven't heard from you since. I hope you were able to find what you're looking for and good luck!
