    Dear Owen , I recently came across your review, and I wanted to take a moment to address a few things and provide clarity about the situation. Over the past two years, I have worked diligently to assist you in finding the right property. I’ve sent numerous properties your way, kept in touch regularly, and stayed committed throughout this entire process. The first property you put an offer on as we discussed, I made it clear that it was under contract before you even viewed it. Despite that, we submitted a backup offer, which I communicated transparently. If needed, I am happy to share all my correspondence with that listing agent to confirm this. I personally walked through the land property with you, pointed out the details, and even mentioned the option of Red Door/Vaule build etc.. I encouraged you to make the best decision for your family even if that didn’t involve me, and you confirmed you’d been considering it. Afterward, you reached out to me about land loan lenders, and I promptly provided you with two recommendations. Following that, I didn’t hear back from you until you texted me a picture of Red Door. At that point, I explained that we couldn’t proceed without proper permissions, and I urged you to move forward with an offer. Even when you expressed hesitance about giving the seller unnecessary money, I reassured you that we could submit earnest money and worked to guide you through the process. While it took a couple of days for you to respond, the offer was submitted as discussed. However, it was already under contract. Regarding the backup offer, I did not reach out further because, in most cases, agents usually always consider, but you never signed the offer so I did not reach out. I will take responsibility for that However, I remained committed to assisting you in any way I could. I understand that emotions can run high in this process, but I truly feel that your review was unfair given the effort and dedication I’ve shown over the past two years. I ask that you please take a moment to reflect on our relationship and the work I’ve done to support you. While I hope this clears up any misunderstandings, I sincerely wish you the best moving forward and hope you feel better about the situation. Best regards,
