Jacob, first and foremost I wanted to apologize formally to you for the complete miscommunication on my end completely. I infact had a family emergency that not only completely took my mind from everything else but it sent me into panic mode as well. In doing so "misplaced" my entire briefcase only to find it 2days later and no phone present. (Still once again not your fault and I sincerely apologize). Jacob if ever given that chance again I can assure you that I would never leave you hanging like that nor just not show up and not respond back to you unless it were something like what had happened only, and I can assure you that I am that realtor that will and has gone above and beyond for each and every client of mine. My reviews are real, just as yours is about me on here and for that I aim to make up to you some how some way my friend. Please don't be discouraged and i am more than willing to compensate you for your travels and loss time.
