This review is not from a client I represented. I communicated with the listing agent days prior to closing on the expectations for a walk through and signing on the morning of closing. Typically a Seller is notified, by their listing agent (not the buyers agent) of the need to vacate the property the day before closing, so the walk through can be completed, prior to them signing the closing documents. When we arrived, the Seller still had all their belongings in the home, garage, shed, and surrounding yard. We made concessions for the Seller, which weren't honored and they left piles of personal items at the home, which I ended up paying to be removed, so my buyers didn't have the burden of removing someone else's belongings from the home they just purchased. In this situation, the Seller did not adhere to the agreement in the contract on lines 66-68, paragraph 6(a) to vacate the property and have removed all personal items and trash. I take care of my clients and always represent their best interests, throughout the transaction and beyond. It's important to me for my clients to have a great experience.
