tenant worked in mentor divorced do to court order kids went to school 40 miles away. 40 miles to school over 15 miles to work back to school 15 miles and 40 miles back home every day. refused to allow repair people to enter apartment. did not allow inspection of apartment. did not pay rent on time. rent time from one apartment to another did not mach to secure apartment signed lease delayed moving in 15 days. would not ever rent to this person under any conditions
