He would come to my apartment at least once or twice every month “to check on things.” Sometimes he would come without notice but usually it was only about ten min...Response from dale mahurin on 8/1/2018
She: -Had multiple smoking violations (including marijuna) -Had different male overnight guests which was a lease violation -was late on her rent several times and ignored texts/calls to collect I entered her apartment once over Christmas break to work on the heating system (boiler, hot water, radiator system). The radiators in her apartment had an air block which required bleeding. As a landlord, I am allowed to attend to emergent matters without prior notification. Since it was near zero degrees and the other tenants needed heat, I think that qualified as an emergent need.
