Hello I want to take a moment to respond. I am truly sorry you feel this way. We did a facetime tour , I was not able to Photoshop any part of this home including the yard. As I walked through the home I pointed out everything that I knew including the separation in the flooring in the primary bedroom. As far as the one room that had a sub floor the room was covered in carpet squares and furniture it was not until the walk thru when furniture was removed that we saw it was a sub floor. After seeing the condition of the home on that day I called a cleaning service and was having them come 2 days later which I said I would pay for. You told me it was fine and to cancel. I did my best to help and make things better for you. I take pride in my work and always try to do right by my clients. I sincerely apologize you are not happy with my work.
