    Avoid Debra Flesher at all costs. Her rentals in Sherman are dilapidated and she avoids trying to get anything fixed correctly. She does not take responsibility for anything she does and will give you nothing but the runaround when it comes to gettin...

    These residents skipped after I gave them a three day notice, due to lack of rent payment. They gave no notice. They totally trashed the home in 6 months period, but signed a year lease. It looked like they had been lived there for 10 years without anyone cleaning. There were crayons on every wall and every cabinet. Then they kept calling, asking to move into another home, which they also wanted to buy. Do not lease to these people.
