He claimed to be a contractor over building/concrete/excavation/plumbing. He claimed to be a jack of all trades, but we found him to be a master of none.

I would stay clear of this contractor at all costs. He was very incompetent on the work performed. He damaged multiple items and intentionally told his employees to hide issues. Multiple plumbing issues. I have saw three year olds smooth mud pies...
