I'm very sorry that you feel this way. This particular home was a foreclosure and the bank required a proof of funds letter with a offer. Unfortunately, at the time of showing her the property, the letter couldn't be provided from the lender. By the time we could get a letter there had been another offer accepted. I'm truly sorry this happened.
