This is a surprise job is 1yr old and I’ve never been contacted. Ian approved payment schedule at start but wanted to delay final payment due to the doors he ordered, delaying completion. The costs went from 55k to 76k not mid-80s, due to upgrades. Prior demo had been done by others. Existing wiring was severed also adding to costs. Ian was advised and agreed to all increases. Some homes have irregular framing as did his, leading to wall layout being little off and in how flooring had to be cut/installed. He was advised and knew it would show in floor. I contacted Mfr to discuss/approve installation, insuring warranty. Would’ve been happy to discuss/resolve Windows, a Milguard issue, had I been contacted. We value our customers and strive to maintain excellent customer service. By job end Ian asked me to bid his kitchen. I threw in free kitchen design as I thought he wanted us to do it. I’ve since found out he tried to hire my subs after receiving my design. I’m still very proud of job

I had about a 10 min phone conversation with this woman and it took me about 5 minutes to figure I was not going to do any work for her. She has to be about the rudest person I have ever talked to in the 30 plus years I have been in the remodeling business. So because i did not want to come to her house she is posting stuff where ever she can on the net. She thinks it is okay to talk down to people on the phone and then bash their company afterwards. I have never had a bad review, this is my first in my 30 yrs in business and I never even did any work for her, thankfully.
