Hello Lauren, Please be aware that I have been out of the country for over 3 months and was not present at this showing. One of our showing agents from our office showed you the property. Furthermore, the showing agent did introduce himself and let you and your partner in. He had expressed that the unit was vacant, and to feel free to look around and ask him any questions. He was polite and, after you had toured the property he asked if you had any questions. You asked about parking and he had informed you that there was street parking only. You had no further questions and at that point each party thanked the other and you had left. We are sorry that you felt this was a negative experience and we would hope to make it up to you in the future should you tour with our agents again.
