    Dear Blair - I am saddened, surprised and disappointed, to hear you were not satisfied with my service after I immediately generated multiple offers on your home and you accepted an all-cash offer at the price that you wanted, well above comparable sales, in a slowing market. After looking back at our showing log, I lead quite a few of the Buyer showings. My team will only show our listings if I am tied up on another appointment that I cannot get out of. You may be referencing the Buyer inspections, in which my Operations Manager, Nicole, coordinated and was present for. Nicole sits all of my inspections and has relationships with many of the inspectors. As you’ll recall she took diligent notes for you. In your review you say you mostly interacted with my team members, yet I handled all the negotiations with you and all of us were on a group text thread in which you, your whole family, myself, and my team communicated nearly every day - making sure you were a priority should you or your family need anything or have any questions. You and I also spoke frequently on the phone, in what I thought were amicable and productive calls. My goal is to provide the best possible representation and achieve the strongest outcomes for all my clients, who also get the benefit of an industry-leading team in support. I hope you may reconsider posting this rather harsh review - I would be happy to discuss further at your convenience.
