She seemed pleasant and professional from our first conversation, but never initiated or maintained contact thereafter. Granted, I may not be a high-end client, but feel worthy of representation regardless. I wish her well...

I am so sorry you feel that way. I did call you a number of times my mortgage rep also called you a number of times and you never returned any of our phone calls I would love to help you find a home but I need you to return my phone calls when I call you.
