This lead came in from Vegas, Oct 21. He was looking for investment properties in Florida. He asked about two specific homes. One of which was a foreclosure. I asked what he wanted to offer and he gave me a number extremely lower than asking which is not unheard of for foreclosures. I relayed the information to listing agent. Once i heard back from her i immediately reached out to the client explaining my findings. I did not hear back from him since last time i reached out which was Oct 23rd. Being in this profession him and i both know how important reviews are and it truly saddens me he resorted to this before responding back to my recent message. My clients have and will always be my number one priority and my past clients including ones who left reviews can attest to this. Extremely unprofessional.
