Mrs. Perkins, I am sorry that you felt I was unprofessional but I can assure you that none of my past clients would agree with you. The 11 days that your house was listed with me was the most stressful time of my career. I spent $150 to list your home on 5 websites, drove two 30 minute trips to your home, and I spent countless hours on the phone with you. I am sorry that our personalities clashed. However, I am disappointed that you would talk to another agent while still being under contract with me. This is not only illegal but it is sad that someone would do that just to save a little money. I am sorry it took a few days to get your key back but I was out of town while my daughter was having surgery. Please reimburse me for the $150 that you owe me according to our contract ASAP. An apology to my secretary, owner, and broker would also be appreciated. After multiple calls from you, all 3 told me that they have never been spoken to in that way in their entire lives (one even cried).
