Cox Kitchens was professional and courteous with excellent customer service skills while we were going through the purchasing process for our new kitchen. We were willing to spend 15% of our total home value in order to get the kitchen of our dreams, and Cox worked with us to get the budget right. We gutted the kitchen ourselves, put new floors in, designed the concept, bought the appliances, and managed the countertop ordering process to remain within budget.
