I remember in the beginning I was recommending Stratford Harbour and after searching for a year it was just like I said, “The perfect place for everything that you were looking for”. With multiple offers coming in, your contract won! This was a fabulous transaction! I bought the entire house of furniture and you got the waterfront home that people from various states were calling about! I also handled the buyer and seller in this transaction. Loved it!
