This is not our customer, it is the mother of the seller of the home who is angry due to a poor Home Inspection when they bought the home and now being stuck with all of the repairs. This is a good example of why you need us! There are pictures of every issue. (100 issues!) They relied on someone their home inspector recommended to tell them those things were not issues, not an unbiased Engineer.. I offered to take professionals in every area to look at the issues WITH their Home Inspector present and no reply? And not acknowledging them? I talked to and laughed with them while I was there. We have a perfect BBB record and over 100 5 star reviews online. This is what happens when people hire Home Inspectors not as thorough as we are.. happens all the time because we ARE the most thorough inspection company in the State. Period! WE WORK FOR YOU! NOT REAL ESTATE AGENTS!!!
