Hi Sally! I’m not the least bit surprised by your review unfortunately. You contacted me to list your home. I went above and beyond, even helping you move out of the home when you had no one else to help. I spent several hours on the descriptions and marketing, as I do all of my properties. Thousands of dollars in professional photography and marketing. I spent more time and money on your listing than probably my last 50+ combined. After every single showing, I spent over an hour coming into town to make sure the vacant property was left as it should be. At the end of the day, an overpriced listing will set on the market no matter how good the marketing is. I asked for a price reduction, and strongly recommended it for several months. You refused. During the listing period there were multiple bad storms. Every single time I spent two+ hours going over to the property to clean up sticks. The last major storms did considerable damage to the entire neighborhood. I sent you a long video showing you all of the damage, including several large branches that needed removed. I spent my Saturday coordinating cleanup, and even paid the $500 for you. And that’s on a listing that was over priced with an ungrateful seller! I knew it probably was a bad idea as at that point I had a pretty good idea of what would happen, and I was right. You decided you know more than tree care companies and disagreed with the bid. In response, you decided to pay $0. I’ve sent you all of the photos and videos multiple times, would gladly make them public as there’s not a doubt in my mind everyone who saw the amount of work would find that amount to be reasonable for a company to come out and do multiple hours worth of branch removal in an emergency, on a weekend. You listed the property with another agent, without professional photos, no social media marketing, and very little description. It continued to set on the market for months before you finally did a major price reduction and it sold. I’ve helped 375+ families and you’re my first negative review. Out of 200+ listings, it’s only the second listing I’ve ever had that hasn’t sold, first one in 6 years. That might be an indication that my service was not the issue in this transaction. I wish you the best and regardless of how you treated me, I am truly sorry your house took so long to sell. But there’s not an ounce of doubt in my mind I did everything I possibly could, and much more, to sell your house.

Cole was honest about what needed done and found reputable contractors to do the work. He suggested we do just enough repairs to get it sold. Once we listed it, it was sold within 24 hours!!!
