    I really enjoyed living at one of their properties. Lived at the Hudson location. Anytime I needed anything fixed they always came in a timely manner. This was my first apartment experience and it was a good one. Nice people, would recommend.

    Low rent prices are what excuses this landlord from thinking he has to do any maintenance. Nothing ever worked right and if you ask for something to be fixed, it takes them months and constant texts to actually get them to do it.

    Never responded to maintenance requests, always had parking issues. Too many issues renting from them, would not recommend. Make sure all requests are in text, they will make it seem like you never submitted them if you don't have proof.
