Chloë was raised in Teton Valley. As the daughter of a contractor, when she wasn’t outside in the Summer or Skiing in the Winter, she was on a construction site. Growing up around the job site came in handy when her father and her bought a home in Laramie, WY while she was attending University of Wyoming.
