I'm so sorry to see your review, Loraine2322. It took me a while to find the correspondence you're referring to. I do see 2 messages back on January 12th and January 15th. I see no record of any phone calls from you. This home underwent a status change on the 13th so even if I had received your message the minute you sent it the evening of the 12th, it was already under negotiations. I can't speak to your claim that I did not respond to you until a week later, and if that was the case then I apologize. As all of my actual clients can attest, I work very hard for my clients and they are all very happy with my performance and communication is very important to me. I was not the listing agent on this property and Zillow has several agents that you could have contacted if you were interested in a house, so again, I'm sorry you did not get the house you wanted to get but it was already under contract within hours of your initial message requesting a showing.
