Garden style condominiums ( 5 or more units ) present unique challenges for an inspector. Shared living space as well as systems (heating, electric, hot water, plumbing, structure) are different than non-shared systems (single family homes). My interests in building systems and healthy homes provide a skill set to help condominium buyers evaluate the condition of the condo unit within the condominium building.
