Growing up in Chicago, then moving to Minneapolis in 1987, we admired the beautiful brownstone brick apartments on 9th street for many years. After attempting to purchase these properties many times, the dream became realized in 2002 when we purchased the 9th St Historic Brownstones. Then soon after, work took our family to Chicago and were able able to purchase a condo in the Hampton House on South Shore Dr overlooking Lake Michigan.
