First off I was under no obligation to come and look into the problem with your outlets. As stated in the report the outlets functioned properly and the wiring was correct ie: polarity ect. was correct. I tried a couple of times as a courtesy to come out and look in between scheduled inspections. However these times never seemed to work with there schedules. My obligation to this client ended when I delivered the inspection report. Furthermore I've been in Nevada helping family members that had both parents taken suddenly in an auto accident. It's unfortunate, but not my obligations.
