My sincerest apologies that you feel your needs were not met. Because I am working as the Seller's agent, I passed your information along to another agent in our office who could possibly represent you as a Buyer's agent and avoid a conflict of interest. I did set you up on the MLS drip, please check your spam folder. With all due respect, you asked me what the current interest rate was for VA loans and because I am not a lender, I suggested you speak directly with your lender for that information. I take pride in my level of customer service and helping people realize their dreams of home ownership. I would never take for granted an opportunity to do so and am sorry you felt disregarded.
