I am a cash buyer for properties through out Dutchess county. I not only by myself but also represent several other investors all of which can close in as little as 7 days on any given property. We seek homes which require a quick sale or where the home owners want out NOW. We generally look for homes in need of repair which can then be fixed and resold at a later date but we are open to all homes.
