Please See "OWNERS" Response in My Reviews This past Client Karl Fish was granted permission to lease this home by owner with multiple evictions and judgments and questionable income. I was rooting for him and his young family. I did everything I could to mediate between the parties to help them qualify to lease the home. Months into lease they stopped paying rent and were ultimately evicted. The drama was directly related between owner and tenant. I was out of the picture for many months. I had no control over the property or the neighbors. I informed Karl about the property with all the info that was given to me by owner upon execution of lease. Unfortunately, after all I did to help his family find a nice home that he would write a review based on occurrences I had no control over nor did I have any information into what he is referring to. Owners review is quite detailed on this disgruntled Tenant. I wish you all the luck in your future Mr Karl Fish and family.
