Caliber entered the property management business to take care of our portfolio of high quality residential and commercial real estate.  We attempted to allow a 3rd party management company to take care of our assets and found the property management business to be severely lacking in professional, caring operators.  Since then, we strive to create a management experience for our clients that makes them feel as if their property is our property.
