This review is completely accurate. I sold her dads house at over asking for cash. We did drop the price once at her request. She was anxious to get the money, she wanted to drop it after 5 days. I had constant communication almost daily. She a floor needing replacing, I secured a contractor at a very fair price....told me she was thrilled. She needed someone to clean out the house, I got her someone for that too. The last day she said " you have been great, wonderful job of marketing and getting me top dollar" You are the best!! The estate Atty Los who hired me was thrilled my service and marketing. A guess poor negociating gets you over asking cash offers....works for me. This looks and sounds nothing like the lady worked with. Maybe she has regrets in selling her dads half million home and into a tiny 100k condo. But that part has nothing to do with me. I truly find this very upsetting as I pride myself on my happy clients and doing the best job i can for them.
