I saw Jeff's other work and read his reviews before we hired him, but he completely dropped the ball with us and every time he made a mistake he became less responsive which just compounded the problems. It felt like his head was elsewhere the entire project and the mistakes just piled up. The biggest problem being the windows in our sunroom still not working 6 months after being installed but there were so many mistakes that just were completely avoidable.
