Thank you so very much! It was very much a delight working with you. When you came to me as a referral from a friend of yours I assisted, you were ready, but not quite because you were still under your lease. You got really serious the beginning of this year when your lease was expiring within 2 months. You were very specific about the area you wanted to be in and not be in! After looking at no more than 7 houses, we found the one perfect for you only to have to terminate it, but we struck gold again 2 weeks later with another perfect find! I’m glad I was able to help keep you encouraged through the trying times. I really had to negotiate, but you got what you wanted with a good amount of equity!

Thank you so very much! Being the chosen agent to help you and your family complete a corporate relocation from Indiana was an honor. You all were purchasing on a very tight timeline and at the height of a seller’s market during the pandemic when properties were going up to $100K+ over asking price. Thankfully, you all didn’t end up paying that much over asking. To get the property, in your desired school district, after the sellers initially went with another buyer is a wonderful story. It was definitely the kind of transaction that challenged my negotiating skills and we were successful in the end!
