Not sure where to start... first of all, I don't know who you are. I don't know anyone called "montyjgm". Second of all, I'm trying to guess what this could be related to... if you are associated with my client whose property I sold around the time of this childish and nasty review, I will respond. But keep in mind, I'm having to guess who this is. IF I'm right, I will say that I brought 3 good offers to the Seller and ultimately got the Seller full price. There were some financing complications... not related to the Buyer... or my job performance... and they were timing of appraisal and then underwriting delays. So the closing was 23 days after it was contracted to close. Every deal I know of right now is having some sort of delays. BUT THE SALE CLOSED... AND FOR FULL PRICE. Both things to be thankful for.
