Hey Mike! Thanks for calling us friendly we aim to please! In fact we still have the same Cancellation Guarantee for our clients so they can fire us anytime if they are unhappy with us. I am sorry we upset you so much that you wrote this review almost 2 years after we sold your mothers condo... for full price.... in less than 3 months... 2 years... Wow we must have upset you. I had to do some research to remember this sale, the assessment was put on your mom's condo by the condo association and part of the by-laws stated it must be paid in full if the property changes hands. We do wish you the best and want to remind everyone that if you don't like us, for ANY reason, fire us. Cheers!
