Mrs ONeal contacted me on a home that was rented. She told me it still showed on Zillow, we told her that it takes a few days to remove listings from the Internet, she was very upset that the home was still online but rented.

Trust Properties pre-qualifies prospective tenants by asking questions about their current situation. Abdul acknowledged he is a student, an American citizen, and his parents reside in Kuwait. Unfortunately, Abdul’s income did not qualify him for the home he was inquiring about without a co-signor. Upon hearing this Abdul became very irate and made the accusation of racism. Trust Properties is an equal opportunity company with many minorities and international students as tenants. Abdul’s accusations are mean spirited and incorrect.
