Cody's rent was rarely paid on time, utility bills frequently delinquent, neighbors complained about his large bonfires and lighting off fireworks from the roof of the duplex. Duplex was rented without A/C, was a small window unit that was replaced within days of me being told the older unit was failing. Needed my property back for personal use, Cody was given notice on 3/18/20 that I needed it back on 5/1/20, he decided to vacate on 4/16/20. Cody left a large pile of trash out on the curb, he text'd me and said he was having it hauled away but he never did causing me to have to haul it away to the dump. I had to deduct the cost of hauling the rubbish to the dump as well as carpet damage his cat did to the duplex from his deposit which apparently pissed him off enough to write this review. Interesting that he is trying to gain sympathy by mentioning the Covid pandemic, it had nothing to do with me needing my property back. Sad that a person needs to resort to being such a dick.
