Corrected many plumbing issues (fixed leaks, redid lines improperly installed by previous owner, etc), installed cabinets in laundry room and bathroom, changed dimmer switches, installed ceiling fan and light, fixed tilework, power washed and stained fencing that around an acre of yard, caulked/sealed windows and doors, put in access panels for guest bath, cleaned duct work, installed microwave, fixed gate mechanisms on small fence gates, created a larger fence gate, new seal on garage doorResponsivenessPriceWork qualityPunctualityI just moved here from Illinois, and was super overwhelmed with the many things that needed to be fixed at the house...the prospect of trying to track down multiple tradesmen to do all of these different things was daunting.
