    Corrected many plumbing issues (fixed leaks, redid lines improperly installed by previous owner, etc), installed cabinets in laundry room and bathroom, changed dimmer switches, installed ceiling fan and light, fixed tilework, power washed and stained fencing that around an acre of yard, caulked/sealed windows and doors, put in access panels for guest bath, cleaned duct work, installed microwave, fixed gate mechanisms on small fence gates, created a larger fence gate, new seal on garage door
