    Sorry that you were not happy however I am the the rental agent do not manage the property. You arranged to have friends visit the home with me to look it over before you rented it. They seemed delighted with the home and you moved forward with the rental. I provided you with information on the local preschools for your son and tried to help you in any way possible. The home was never represented to have a heated pool. The owners had their cleaning people in prior to your arrival to have it cleaned. The owner had their own pest control person and you were advised when you sent an email who to contact. You did communicate with me about the possible necessity of having to vacate earlier. Unfortunately the lease does not provide for refunds. This is a lovely home and you did have it checked out prior to renting so I think that your critical comments toward me are not very kind.
