We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Schwenksville, PALocal knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsUnfortunately we could not work out a deal. We felt that we responded within the same day but we didn't hear back for about a week when negotiating. I am sorry for these people however they were NOT my clients (buyers/sellers). I never had any personal contact with them in any form. Any communication was through their agent. They made an offer on a property which did not work out. The property was unique and although we did try to come to terms which would make it workable for them as well as the sellers through creative means we were unable to do so. I responded timely to all of their agent's communications and requests for information and yes there may have been some time where my clients needed some time to determine if some of the terms were acceptable it was not an unacceptable time delay due to the circumstances of the situation. In the same case we waited for replies as well. I am sorry that it did not work out for them and I wish them the best in their housing search.
