We are sorry we were unable to find a suitable house for these folks. We offered several, over the past few months, which were declined. Our rent market is highly competitive these days. Not enough houses, and plenty of prospective tenants. When the house they wanted opened up, they didn't act quickly enough, and another more-qualified tenant came along and got it. We truly wish we'd been able to work this out for the Messengers; they are a lovely family.
