We have paid money every single day for your family to begin a life here together. We signed agreements which were for you to be responsible for ALL maintenance & repairs. This was NO surprise, there was nothing hidden. We also aren’t forcing you to buy it, you made your choice not to purchase, that’s ok. We run a business to help those with no/low credit…we did this for you when NO one else would. When you own a house, it’s 100% your responsibility. Part of our program will always be to hold people accountable & coach them. We do this because we believe in you & want to see you succeed.
